Yes. All of our fragrances are formulated with a high concentration of perfume oils (Eau de Parfum or Parfum level), offering long-lasting wear from day to night.

3. Are your perfumes for men or women?

Our fragrances are gender-inclusive. Each scent is crafted to complement anyone who wears it—our goal is to connect scent with emotion, not gender.

4. Where do you ship?

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected.

6. Can I return or exchange a perfume?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please view our full Return & Refund Policy here.

7. Do you offer sample sizes?

Yes. We offer sample sizes of select fragrances so you can try before committing to a full bottle. Sample packs are available on our shop page.

8. Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our perfumes are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and our ingredient suppliers are held to the same standard.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, email us at caidenc@amoureternel.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
